Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms govern your use of goheadwayops.com (the "site"), operated by Headway Ops. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire us, the client terms below also apply.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to harm others. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.
The calculator & other tools
Our ROI calculator and similar tools produce estimates for illustration only, based on the figures you enter and general assumptions. They are not a guarantee, quote, or professional advice, and actual results will vary by business.
Intellectual property
The site's content, branding, and design are owned by Headway Ops and may not be copied or reused without permission. (This applies to the website itself. Ownership of work we do for clients is covered under Client engagements below.)
Bookings & enquiries
Booking a call or submitting an enquiry starts a conversation, not a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement we'll provide before work begins.
Client engagements
If you hire us, your written scope sets out the work, the price, and the timeline. The terms in this section apply to every engagement. Where your scope says something different, the scope wins.
Our setup guarantee
Our setup guarantee covers the setup fee for the automation systems we build, and only applies when your written scope includes it. Here’s how it works:
- We agree the result first. Before any work starts, we write a specific, measurable result into your scope (for example jobs booked, hours saved, or revenue added) and the date we’ll measure it by.
- If we hit it, the setup fee is due as invoiced.
- If we miss it, you owe no setup fee. You keep everything we built, and we hand it over with documentation and full access.
- If something we needed from you wasn’t provided, such as access to your tools, information we asked for, or someone following up on the leads the system books, we agree a new measurement date instead of treating it as a miss.
The guarantee applies only to setup fees for automation systems, and only when your scope names the guaranteed result and the date we’ll measure it by. If your scope doesn’t, no guarantee applies. It doesn’t cover websites, marketing or other one-off projects, monthly retainers, or third-party costs such as software subscriptions or messaging fees that those providers bill you for directly.
Monthly retainers
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice by email to hello@goheadwayops.com. We keep working through the notice period, and it’s billed as normal.
- Months already paid aren’t refunded.
- When a retainer ends, we hand over everything we built for you, with documentation. No lock-in.
Website builds & one-off projects
- One-off projects, including website builds, start with a deposit. The amount and the payment schedule for the balance are set out in your scope.
- The deposit secures your place in our schedule and pays for work we start straight away, so it’s non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before we start, we refund it in full.
- You own the finished work once the final payment is made, including the design, the content we create for you, and the code. Third-party software, themes, fonts, and stock images stay under their own licences.
Refund requests
To cancel or ask about a refund, email hello@goheadwayops.com.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Headway Ops is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services (such as Cal.com). We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
